We recently revisited a March 2013 study by Stanford Graduate School of Business professors that examined working from home. One might think the results would be outdated; however, the opposite was actually true. The researchers concluded that by being flexible with their WFH policies, their employees showed greater work satisfaction and turnover was reduced.
