Andrew E. Finkle, a Tax Partner in Marcum LLP’s Private Equity Group and Transaction Advisory Services Practice, was recently named Leader of Marcum’s National Tax Office Services Group, which provides client-facing consulting and advisory support in resolving complex tax issues in a wide variety of areas including transaction advisory services, planning, structuring, tax returns, stock based compensation, Internal Revenue Service letter rulings, IRS dispute resolution, and more. Andrew is a CPA in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia, and a member of the Bar of New Jersey, New York and the United States Tax Court. Andrew sits in Marcum’s Philadelphia office.
