XPX member Louise Phipps Senft is hosting the nation’s only 40-hour week-long virtual mediation training program October 19-23.  The 40-Hour Fundamental Mediation & Conflict Transformation Skills Training is a nationally approved certificated mediation training that will also include an in-depth focus on sources of conflict, a systems approach and unitive triangling. The training focuses on mediation, conflict transformation and resolution theory and skills, with an emphasis on fostering self-awareness to reduce personal reactivity, as well as reflection and active listening techniques to facilitate communication.
