To help life science business owners take full advantage of the opportunities before them, Offit Kurman, the Maryland Tech Council, and Drucker & Scaccettiteamed up earlier this month to host “A Deal Starts with One: M&A in the Life Sciences Industry,” a dynamic and interactive panel discussion.

The panel consisted of M&A legal, financial, and tax experts, with a focus on life science companies.
