Stamford, CT, October 2018:  TrueNorth Capital Partners LLC is pleased to announce that they have formed Scout Valuations LLC with Mark Campbell, who joins the firm as Managing Director, leading the expansion of our valuation practice.  Scout Valuations will be the independent valuation arm of TrueNorth.  Scout Valuations was formed with the mindset of providing  accurate, honest and independent valuations. Mark will focus his efforts on providing valuations for a variety of purposes, including, matrimonial dissolutions, gifting interests, estate planning, business planning and succession, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, buy/sell agreements, financial reporting, taxation, restructurings and reorganizations, and litigation support services. 
 
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Connecticut, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Mark has provided hundreds of valuations across a variety of industries and has provided expert testimony in both state and federal courts.
