EagleFirst is pleased to announce that it provided M&A support services to KD Analytical (“KD”), a leader in the training and support of CBRNE detection equipment, in the sale of the company to Federal Resources Supply Company (“FRSC”), a leading government contracting company.

EagleFirst brought in fellow XPX members Offit Kurman for Legal support on the divestment and KatzAbosch for Tax matters.

Barry Fishel provided CFO services to KD, working in concert with Steve Ellis, who led the divestment process.  Barry and Steve are both Partners at EagleFirst. Steve commented “We are honored that the owners of KD entrusted EagleFirst with this important process, focusing initially on strengthening the company’s financials and then leading the transaction to provide a successful exit for the owners”.
