Richard Izzi is a partner in the New York Advisory Group of Marcum, where he leads transaction services for the tri-state (NY/NJ/CT) area. He specializes in transaction advisory services to buy- and sell-side clients including private equity funds, strategic investors and lenders.

Mr. Izzi’s experience includes quality of earnings analysis, profitability analysis, financial projections, cash flow modeling, and purchase agreement consultation. He is also experienced in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
