    Attached is a case study presented at the Quarterly Closely Held Businesses Affinity Group at the Maryland XPX Chapter.  The case is very comprehensive and certainly represents a lot of what transpires in small companies and family businesses that are tightly controlled.

    Take a look and try to develop a course of action that you think will best create value or transfer ownership.  Consider which levers are important for any given action/initiative.
