He does so by providing financing, to support business acquisition or expansion, real estate & other fixed assets and the management of working capital. He also provides insight and the necessary services required to manage money movement.

Gary has been in the banking industry for upwards of 20 years and has held a number of roles including: Loan Officer, Small Business Banker, Business Banking Area Manager & Sales Performance Executive. Over the course of Gary’s career he’s held these roles at JP Morgan Chase, Capital One & now Bank of America.

Howard Abrahams is the President of Morewood Funding, LLC and a Loan Advisor, arranging financing for businesses when banks can’t or won’t lend.  The solutions that Morewood provides support businesses in a wide variety of scenarios including emerging from bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, and general working capital.  Howard is particularly experienced with the impact of change of control issues on credit agreements, financing structures and can help businesses navigate the process.  Loan facility sizes range from $1mm to $25mm across any industry and location.

Howard holds a Bachelors degree from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctorate from Cardozo Law School with over 25 years experience with business financings.
