What does the exit market look like now as we emerge into the post-Covid world? Let’s first look back to evaluate how this dynamic year impacted activity and deal terms, then pivot to look forward and discuss expectations for the year ahead.

  • What is the outlook for 2022 for deal volume?
  • What are expectations for valuations? For multiples?
  • How are loan terms changing?
