XPX ATLANTA MEMBER FACILITATION TRAINING

As you have seen, a key component of the XPX Atlanta unique event structure is the roundtable discussion. This relies on table facilitators to ensure that everyone has a rewarding experience. We are looking for members who would like to enhance their participation by volunteering to be a table facilitator. It's a win/win all around! You become a more powerful collaborator and XPX gets the benefit of your increased skill.

Do you sit and roll your eyes in interminable meetings? Do you feel stymied when meetings go off track and you don't know how to bring them back on focus? Does your work depend on successful collaboration? If the answer is yes to any of those questions, then maximize the benefit you receive from your XPX membership and up your facilitation game by attending basic facilitation training. You'll learn:

• How to set and adhere to a clear agenda
• Setting effective group agreements for working together
• How to make sure all voices are heard
• Techniques to keep conversations flowing
• and much more!
