We welcome your application. Before completing the form, please note these important requirements:

1. Many of these fields become part of an accepted member's on-line profile so it's worth taking time to get it right.
2. The application must be filled out and submitted in a single setting so we suggest:
   • Prepare key fields prior to starting the on-line application. Here's an application planning sheet to help you prepare. 
   • Once you are ready to enter the information, you must click "Submit" to save your information. Once it saves, you will be able to go back and make changes later!
3. Once complete, your application will be reviewed by your chapter's membership committee. They will revert as soon as possible.
4. Every application must have two references (one must be from an XPX member and another from XPX or business colleague). If you don't know any XPX members, please attend your local meetings and get to know fellow advisors
