I provide XPX members with a structured process and tools to identify when a business owner client is exit-ready and retirement-ready — two different things that are often confused. Members can bring me into client conversations to run a readiness assessment that answers: what does this owner need from a sale to retire comfortably, and does the business, as it stands, deliver that number?
For members working the deal side (M&A, valuation, legal, accounting), I provide a pre-engagement filter — helping their prospect get financially clear before committing time to a process the numbers may not yet support.
For members in financial services, I provide post-transaction income planning — converting a lump-sum liquidity event into a sustainable retirement income strategy, including tax-aware withdrawal sequencing and longevity planning.
